Lately I am a big fan of wraps - grated cheese, avocado, tomato, whatever salad stuff you have. I usually like meat / chicken, etc on sanwiches, but with wraps it doesn't seem to matter! The wraps keep fresh longer than bread and I tape up the bags to make sure they don't go dry.

Also good are microwaved potatoes with cheese, tomato paste, coleslaw and a dob of sour cream or greek yoghurt on top.

There was something else I had in mind when answering, but DD has interrupted and I have forgotten - will repost when I remember!

I always have hot dogs in my freezer for DD and have had them on occasion

    I second eggs!

    salad

    grilled cheese on toast

boiled rice with some soy sauce. easy and yum!

Steamed veggies with tuna mixed through it

Soup with toast (just had that today), it was a tinned one, still nice though.

    Grilled cheese on toast.

    Tuna, cheese and lettuce sandwhiches.

Rice crackers with whatever you like on top. I like philly cheese, capers and smoked salmon, can always use something else if you are avoiding the smoked salmon.

Salada biscuits with whatever you want on them. I still like plain old vegemite and squish the vegemite worms out through the holes!

    Vienese franks.

Jaffles with whatever you have in it..my favourite is baked beans and cheese.

    Boiled eggs with soldiers

French toast with tomato sauce (yum!)

I also keep a couple of the frozen pies in the freezer.

And sometimes I just feel like something..so I always keep a packet of marathon dim sims in the freezer and have those steamed
