Yep we love Avocado on toast here too, especially topped with smoked salmon or poached eggs or BOTH Noms.

depends on my shift. If I'm on an early, it's toast and coffee in the car

otherwise cereal.

oh this is going to sound really bad

2 huge coffees
1 cigarette (I've cut down from 2 or 3 in the morning)

then when I get to work
another coffee & a toasted vegemite, ham, cheese, pineapple sandwich
