I love most salad type stuff on a sanga - and I am glad I will be home this summer as I can make it just before I eat it rather than being interrupted and having my sanga go soggy!

I love the Vietnamese salad rolls. Butter, cucumber, carrot, green onion, lettuce, coriander, soy sauce and chilli (when I'm in a spicy mood).

Ohhh i had a vietnamese pork roll last Friday. Yummmmmm. I love the pickled cucumber.

I like the works, but particularly

    Avocado
    Sundried tomato
    Pickles
    Beetroot

One thing i don't like is Alfalfa- i think it tastes like sperm. (do i need to move this post to AO?! )

    Lol at the alfalfa!

    Always whole egg mayo.
And if I'm going to have tomato I want onion salt with it.

And then I'll have whatever on it!

But fresh bread makes a salad sandwich.

    Gotta have beetroot!
Pickles always good too. Otherwise, whatever's going, always grated carrot, usually some lettuce snatched from the garden a few minutes prior! Tomoato, snow pea sprouts, maybe avocado.
    Super-fresh tahini or soy mayo.
Roasted vegies and/or fresh herbs if I'm lucky.
And if I'm being particularly decadent, a slab of sandwich tofu.

I love chicken, tomato or sundried tomato, cucumber, red onion, cheese, lettuce and heaps of low fat mayo (which really defeats the purpose of the low fat but anyhoo.. )
