What do you like on your salad sandwiches?

Ill have just about any salad veggies on a sandwich! Except for onions. Don't like onions!
Tomato
lettuce
baby spinnach
cucumber
roast capsicum
Chargrilled eggplant
carrots
alfalfa, or sprouts of any kind!
beetroot
avocado
mushrooms

You name it, I'll eat it!!!

I fell in love with Australia when XDH and I stopped at a servo literally in the middle of nowhere and they made us a salad sandwich with the works which included beetroot and fresh pineapple. I literally did not stop talking about it for the rest of the trip and said there was NO WAY that you could get that from a servo in the UK - only plastic sandwiches.
