I fell in love with Australia when XDH and I stopped at a servo literally in the middle of nowhere and they made us a salad sandwich with the works which included beetroot and fresh pineapple. I literally did not stop talking about it for the rest of the trip and said there was NO WAY that you could get that from a servo in the UK - only plastic sandwiches.
