Tonight - Chicken Cacciatore on pasta and a nice soft dusted marble butterfly sponge for dessert. Butter and chocolate. Again, no jars or pre-packs.

Angie got a real kick out of helping me out tonight too.

Thats 2 nights, barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen, and I havent lost the plot yet. Go me!

I'm meeting one of my best friends partner tonight (he just flew in from the US yesterday), they are coming for dinner. So we are having:

Antipasto with Brie, Sharp Cheddar, Procuitto and Warm olives w/Chorizo

Baked Chicken with Mushrooms, tomatoes & Brandy, on sauted spinach w/garlic and Cauliflower rice.

Pears Poached in red wine with syrup and vanilla bean ice cream.

And lots of red wine and laughter (and maybe even some coffee table dancing )
