Frugal Ragout which is pork & veal mince, 500gms of combined carrot, zucchini, onion and celery and 1/2 cup red lentils, passata, tomatoes. Makes over a kg of sauce and I'm able to make 2 batches out of it using half the mince (and pork & veal mince is cheaper and tastes better in ragout!).
And we'll be having it with spaghetti and parmesan YUM!
Mini quiches. I might have salad with it, but no-one else would so I might not bother...I packed the quiches with vegies so they'll get some greens anyway...suckerssssss.
