We had a barbie last night and have heaps left over so I bet you can guess what we're having tonight..............yep, thats right, left over bbq LOL!

Nigella's Crispy Pork Medallions (with oregano, dijon, parmesan crumb)
Twice Baked Stuffed Potatoes (with creamed corn, bacon & tasty cheese)

we had beef strog in the slow cooker, its made with mince and DH actually had to make it as i was out!

Arg, you girls have some fabulous meals going there!! I wish DH was a bit more adventurous so I could try out something a bit more 'exotic'!!

Beef Tacos! DH's favourite.
Tomorrow is steak and salad - trying Karen Martini's cabbage, pea, radish and mint salad. Hope it tastes as yummy as at Mr Wolf!
