tonight is beef strog with fettucine and green beans :D
Im doing a potato in the microwave and making an easy coleslaw and having a baked potato with coleslaw cheese and sour cream.
tonight was pizza i made with DD1 and wedges with garlic aioli
Lamb Ragout with cheesy polenta
steak (I think it is either wagu or angus rib eye), salad, steamed corn
Garlic Chicken Kiev with mash (made with the garlic butter that oozed out of the chicken), steamed carrot, peas, corn, and beans
Tuna sashimi with soba noodles spring onions fried shallots with a soy, ginger,garlic sauce and pickled ginger yummmy !
Tonight is homemade chicken parmis with garlic and tuscan potatoes and steamed veggies
Frugal Ragout which is pork & veal mince, 500gms of combined carrot, zucchini, onion and celery and 1/2 cup red lentils, passata, tomatoes. Makes over a kg of sauce and I'm able to make 2 batches out of it using half the mince (and pork & veal mince is cheaper and tastes better in ragout!).
And we'll be having it with spaghetti and parmesan YUM!
Tonight is beetroot, spinach and feta risotto
a lamb rogan josh curry with steamed rice

Roast pork silver beet puree roast potatoes home made apple sauce and chicken stock gravy yummmy
Mini quiches. I might have salad with it, but no-one else would so I might not bother...I packed the quiches with vegies so they'll get some greens anyway...suckerssssss.
Lemon chicken with snow peas and rice...
Boys had sausages and spaghetti
Cordon Bleu with caesar salad, DS had chicken strip with caesar salad.
Chocolate cake and cream for dessert

a spaghetti bolognese bake (dont think i have spag though might have to use pasta spirals instead) with potato salad and a garden salad

Tonight is DS1's turn to cook (well, help ;) )
we are having meatballs with special sauce, vege to be determined...pumpkin probably for AR, & some other stuff...hmm, have to think...
BBQ'd marinated mid loin chops (garlic, lemon juice, rosemary & maldon salt), marinated bbq'd corn cobs and bbq'd spud slices.

Chow mein, simple with mince, cabbage, peas, carrots, chicken noodle soup mix and curry. YUM and simple!
last night was a beef and baked bean pie (yes you read correctly baked bean sounds off putting but its actually very very yummy DH loves it and hates baked beans lol)
Tonight is honey mustard marinated chicken with stir fried veg and steamed rice

Chicken korma with steamed rice and poppadoms (sp?)
Salt and pepper calamari with asian salad( capsicum ginger carrot bean shoots lemonsgrass red and green chilli coriander with dressing)
wow lauren you sure know how to cook! Ill have to be getting some recipes and tips from you i think!
