I'm cooking for some friends tonight (as in I'll be dropping dinner off later tonight). So today will be a BIG cooking day. On the menu is... Chicken Tikka, Beef Madras, Vegetable Korma and Chocolate Cupcakes w/cream cheese icing. If I get adventurous and don't run out of time I'll make some naan too. But I also have choc chip cookies to make for a playdate so I could run out of time LOL! We shall see!

We got invited to the BBQ, then i got asked to pick up the cake, THEN coz DP is a butcher to get the meat (which i offered coz he's there anyway)... so when i called dad today to ask what meat he wanted he threw a few salads into the mix too! Apparently im catering the whole thing now LOL *sigh*

We had pork chops last night and they were yumm-mmyy!

Well I didn't get to make the cupcakes but the Curry's were awesome. We had a visitor last night and she got to taste test too I also made home made naan, and I'll definitely be doing that again as it was awesome! My friends who I made the food for loved it when I dropped it off so that was the best! But today I've got a sore back from cooking all day yesterday LOL! I'm just not used to big marathons LOL which means I'm going to have to have more

Rouge you are amazing - I wish I enjoyed cooking as much as you. Perhaps if I didn't suck so much, I might begin to like it

Tonight isn't anything fancy I'm afraid, sausages and vegies. But I just attempted a vegemite and cheese scroll for afternoon tea from scratch... so we'll see how much I stuff that up...
