We are having lasagne, which is a big deal cause I've finally worked out how to make it properly

Must say how impressed I am with how many of you make dessert too...never happens here!

Last night I did roast chicken pieces in an oven bag with the portugese seasoning shake stuff, with roast potatoes and vegies! Was yummy

Hmmmm tossing up between chicken parmigana with mash and vegies or spaghetti and meatballs with corn on the cob (cause Im lovin it atm). Hmmmm what to have, what to have....

We had one of those new rice cooker sachets, the tomato and beef one. I couldn't taste it (stupid flu) but the kids LOVED it and it was so easy to make. I was actually surprised at how much it made.

Dishes that MIL sent down for us

A piece of quiche each, a mini sausage roll and some mushroom risotto, so glad to have the "night off" as I am exhausted!

Off to the in laws tonight, and we're having pork belly, rice and asian greens. MIL is a great cook so I cant wait to see what dessert she has in store for us

Jamaican Jerk Wings w/Chorizo Jambalaya. DH thinks we're having sticky wings and fried rice, so he'll be pleasantly surprised I'm thinking of making Portuguese custard tarts for dessert!

I had a Healthy Choice frozen meal - honey mustard and chicken. I only ate half because it was all mushy...
