Just had Egg Fettuccine with Smoked Salmon and Ricotta. Have cooking now an Easy Lemon Self Saucing Pudding for dessert...have to make use of all the lemons on my lemon tree some how :)
Tonight we had Chicken Fried Steak, Cheesy Mash, Cream Gravy & Iceburg wedge w/blue cheese dressing.
My heart stopped half way through the meal and I had to be resuscitated but I ate it all up in the end ;)
And we're having Brownie Sundae for dessert w/cookies & Cream Icecream and Home made Hot Choc Fudge. Hopefully my arteries won't harden up completely...

I've got a lamb chop, barley, cumin and mint casserole going in the SC. Nommmmm I'm going to serve it over a roast potato and parsnip mash.
Desert.... butterscotch pudding once kidlets are in bed ;)
Prawns in coconut milk, on rice and served with Roti Bread. Left over self saucing lemon pudding.

I'm tossing up between homemade potato soup with french bread (homemade of course ;)) and mexican..... its a hard choice. It is cold and rainy, so soup may win

Pizza! Perfect state of origin food. I got inspired from masterchef the other night and am going to try pear, blue cheese, prosciutto and rocket pizza.......fingers crossed it is yum!

Tonight for us is grilled chicken topped with avacado, tomato and cheese with mash and veggies ~ simple, quick and yummy :D
Tonight is oven roasted chicken drumsticks, chicken rice (cooked in chicken stock) with bacon & veggies.

I have to find my big glass oven dish, have a horrible feeling it's at the old house still... hmmm drumsticks will be coated in breadcrumbs, use a tiny tiny bit of spray oil in the pan and then let em bake... easy easy easy.:

tonights a toss up between mushroom risotto or we have a friend of DHs coming over for the w/end he always come out and expects 3 meals per day and we really cant afford it so we are trying to get him to buy dinner tonight

Going out for dinner tonight....I've barely seen DH all week so it'll be great to have a nice quiet dinner somewhere, just the 2 of us. I'm thinking Japanese, have a hankering for tempura.
