    Heather, do you make your own lemon chicken? I've never even thought to do it, do you have a recipe?

    I think we're having Lamb chops with mashed potato, roast pumpkin, carrots and peas. Good old dairy-free dinner LOL!

    ARGHHH!!! After doing the whole pie by myself, df waltzes on on and wants to put the mash on top...he's slathering it on like a frigging brickie with the spatula, I'm standing there saying do it properly, don't be a d-head, and BOOM, he's tipped the dish and most of it's on the floor. Rarrr MEN!

    Tonight im not sure what we're having, ive done all the meat shopping so whatever we feel like i will cook then freeze the rest, maybe beef strog? mMmMm

    day before shopping and theres hardly anything in the fridge, freezer and pantry so ill some how scrape together steak with scalloped potato and vegies
