I'm making a beef curry that is from the Biggest Loser Masterclass (not sure if their website is still up?)....

DH has cooked it quite a few times, now the test will be - who makes it better :-P

Roast lamb (garlic & rosemary) with roast veggies (pumpkin, sweet potato, potato) and cheese broccoli. If I have time might make some apple crumbles for dessert.

Lu, I wish I'd had your foresight! I can't be arsed now

But when I can be arsed it will be veal escalopes with lemon, hasselback potatoes, and whatever other vegies I can scrounge up LOL.
