    OK, have read back through this thread and have decided on beef strog on fettucine! YUM. Don't have the energy for much else today!

    I made japanese tonight....

    soba noodles (cook noodle + soy sauce, sugar, sesame seed, dashi powder)
    with sushi (sushi rice + salt, sugar,venegar then shape into small size) and just add your fav topping ( salmon slice; sashimi or smoked)
    or wrap with nori and add (seaweed salad) or (thinly sliced carrot) (corn +sugar+mayo) (sprouts) on top.

    very easy......

    Stir-fry veggies, brown rice and beef strips cooked in a sauce (I have not made up my mind as to what kind of sauce I fancy tonight!)
    DH - will have just beef strips and a jam sandwich!!!!

    The boys and I are having spaghetti bolognaise leftovers from the freezer as DH is out tonight. I am looking forward to it, it's yummy, quick (it's already defrosted), and very little washing up!!

    i made frie rice for the first time and everyoen loved it! (bil & sil were here)
    I am so proud!!
