Well tonight we made spag bolognaise with a hint from deceptively delicious & added some sweet potato and broccoli puree... no one noticed or even knew until they finished
Wow Christy, that's great to know that deceptively delicious really works. I was wondering. I guess I'll have to go and buy the book now.
I made chicken kofta (Indian chicken balls). They are really easy - just chicken mince, korma paste, bread crumbs and chopped onion. You can add coriander if you like. I did rice, and steamed some left over vegies in the rice cooker at the same time (pumpkin, cauliflower and beans). Then when the kofta was cooked I threw the vegies in the pan with more korma paste and made a curried vegetable mix. Very delicious and a great way to use up old vegies.
