Thanks AJC I should be able to find it. I found a recipe for it the other day, an eggless recipe, the person did say it should be tried with egg first as it is too difficult to make without unless you are an expert :s I am happy to see other recipes though.

Tan - Bread is meant to be easy . All of my sourdoughs have been failures I am going to cheat and add yeast next time. French bread is meant to be super easy though. We will see when I get around to making it...
