Well I think DD is coming down with something (she has a temp) and I have an appt with my ob late this afternoon so we're just having meat pies (yep, the frozen kind!!), mashed potato, carrots, snow peas and corn cobs. How lazy is that??
Cailin - I thought that's what scalloped potatoes were, just checking!! I might make that tomorrow. Yum!

DH is still at work so the boys and I had zucchini slice that I was making for tomorrow's day care lunches. There's still enough left for all our lunches as well - BONUS!! And it was yummy.
