I think I might make a little tuna casserole. It's not much fun cooking for one again, but at least I can be really selfish and cook whatever I want.

We're having yummy lamb shanks, just hate the 2 hour wait for them to cook.

Cheating tonight :) Roast chicken, vegies, chips and gravy... had a big day and I am buggered!!!

Well its DH birthday today so its his choice and he wants lasagne with roast vege salad.

Tonight we're having similar to Cailin's potato skins (making the potatoes your way though Cai). Inside I'm doing a bacon, creamed corn, onion & the potato that's scooped out mixture. With that we're having chicken kiev (frozen), peas & carrots :)

We had chicken kofta tonight because it's quick and easy and I could time it to be ready when DH got home from picking ILs up from the airport. Tomorrow night is penne bolognaise as the ILs are coming for dinner for Tom's birthday (although he will probably sleep through it, we'll do the cake first jic), and pasta is easy.

I had Tuscan chicken with scalloped potatoes and corn on the cob. Was delish if I do say so myself..... well no one else is going to.

Tonight we're going to have Chicken Korma with yellow rice & pappadums. It's a kit thing because I haven't cooked Inidan before so I'm just testing out the waters ;)

We are having left over lasagne from last night with green salad!!

Satay chicken and steamed rice here :D Or peanut chicken as the kids call it.

Oops, I forgot we're going out for Chinese tonight for FIL's 60th birthday. Indian will have to wait until tomorrow.

I'm doing them half cream half milk, dried garlic granules, salt & pepper. Nuke till soft, then cook in a hot oven topped with cheese till it melts :)

Tonight we're having marinated lamb loin chops with mash, green beans and carrots

i went to the seafood shop - Sealanes.. we have oysters kilpatrick, plus a Thai flavoured Sanpper pocket each. its foil with snapper, tomatoes, caps, onions and spices baked in oven for 1/2 hour. DH also has fresh Garlic King Prawns. the biggest i have ever seen! love, love, love fresh seafood.

I'm going to have breakfast. Seeing it's just me I can have what I like. I'm going to have a couple of eggs, bacon and baked beans on toast with cheats hollandaise sauce (half mayo, half cream). Yum.

My furbaby on the other hand is having the leftover tuscan chicken from last night cos I stupidly didn't put it in the fridge....well at least someones enjoying it.

For you pregnant ladies - my eggs were nice and runny.... one of the joys of not being pregnant..... and I washed it down with a glass of lambrusco.... I know it's not officially a breakfast food but it was really dinner.

Well I think DD is coming down with something (she has a temp :() and I have an appt with my ob late this afternoon so we're just having meat pies (yep, the frozen kind!!), mashed potato, carrots, snow peas and corn cobs. How lazy is that??
