maybe a vegie omlette. DS refuses to eatr eggs, so maybe cold meat and salad/veg for him, at least I know he will eat that.
It's one of Cai's wonderful recipes :) I have no idea on quantities, I just chuck everything in til it looks nice!! Basically it's a tin of whole baby beetroot, boiled eggs & cheddar cheese (you know the one that's not refigerated, because it has the same texture as the other ingredients). Chop them all to the same size pieces then add in whole egg mayo to make it all lovely & pink!
Yum - I can only imagine what Zander may do with it though ...... or me wearing white :p
LOL I'm wearing a light coloured top too. But it tastes oh so yummy!

Tonight is mexi-texi beans (basically meatless kidney beans mexican flavours) with cheese, natural skim yoghurt and for DH a bread roll. Yumo. : )

I make everything that is left-over in the boxes: two burger patties, two pieces of crumbed fish and one piece of crumbed chicken.
I have hamburgerrolls, so I get a chicken burger, DH gets hamburgers and chips and the fish ... well, someone will eat it when it's cooked, I just want it out of my freezer!!!

Vegie stirfry with hokien noodles and maybe peanuts tossed in cause I have no cashews here. Will add a drop of sesame oil, ketchap manis and maybe sweet chilli too. Easy one pan meal.
just finished ours and OMG it was brilliant! i dont think we've eaten that quickly before!! :lol:

Have to brag about last night: fettucini with prawns, mushroom, capsicum, broadbeans and a light tomato/garlic sauce. Was sooooo good.

Mum's for dinner tonight & she's doing lasagne with salad. I'm doing golden syrup dumplings for dessert though :D

Tonight is Lamb Ragout (with beef LOL) with carrots, peas and mashed potatoes. It's just a packet mix but so yummy.
Tomorrow we're testing out the slow cooker packet mix of Red Wine & Garlic Lamb Shanks with lamb chops. Can't wait for that one :D

We are having Thai pumpkin soup (home made) with Angnolotti - filled with Spinach and Ricotta - yumo
Dare I admit that tonight is Spam and Cheese on toast night... lol
We are having a mild chicken curry,cooked slowly in a big hot pot with plenty of vegies,then served with brown rice.Yummo!!
We had lamb cassserole topped with sweet potato and erhem frozen peas. Well, obviously they were cooked so not actually frozen :)

My housemate and I are having a Girls Night in with a FUN FOOD theme!! DH is away.
It will be make your own Rice Paper Rolls from all the ingredient in the middle of the table. Always a winner with lots of laughter and gossip.
Starting with a vegetable dumplings in an asian broth.
finished with fresh Oranges soaked in Cointreau with Full cream King Island Yoghurt.
all so easy and SO SO YUMMY.
