I'm not sure what it is...I found it in the freezer, from before my days of actually labelling what things were. At a guess, there's spinach, chicken, and something orange...pumpkin, or maybe turmeric...

    Good luck Nelle!

Steak, eggs and chips here. Had the steak on the BBQ waiting for DH to get home, just went and checked it and.....the gas had run out so into the frying pan it goes.

    Lol Nelle!

DF made heaps of tuna pasta last night, I wasn't hungry and didn't have any, there's leftovers for tonight but I don't really like what he did with it () so I ran to coles and I'm having a cheapie simple dinner, i feel like something a bit more delicate haha. Pasta with a bit of olive oil, green feta olives, some ricotta, a few basil leaves, a squeeze of lemon and some roasted red capsicum. Nom nom nom.

I've never made them before...it's a recipe from the masterchef mag using olive oil rather than lard so hopefully they turn out ok.
