    having trouble keeping myself upright ATM, so the kids are having bottled chicken cacciatore with leftover BBQ chook and extra veges chucked in with rice.

    Roast chicken. Then or dessert, if it has frozen enough, home made hokeypokey ice cream. That is vanilla ice ream with a caramel sauce swirl and crushed up chocolate coated honeycomb.

    Leftovers out of the freezer.

    DD had chow mein with singapore noodles. DP and I are having chilli con carne (because there was only enough chow mein for one!)

    Then we are having apricot crumble I threw together. (Must be the night for crumbles!)
