    Fridge, if you're baking its best to take out what you need the night before so they can warm up a little.

    And float = bad, sink = good

    had to have a second glance at what forum it was posted in, i seriously thought it was in the conception area..LOL.

    My chook eggs are usually in the fridge, although had a visit from DD's great grandparents who live on a chook farm and they brought a tray of about 30 eggs down with them..so they are sitting on the bench because they won't all fit in the fridge.
    And yep, if they sink (lying flat on the bottom) they are fine & fresh, if they sink but stand on one end then they are still ok to use but are starting to go stale and if they float toss them straight away!
