ours I think is 750g cause when we use the 1kg flour it overflows! so what we do now is wait for the 2nd rise to start then take out some dough and make rolls with that and the loaf with the rest

Prob is now, Bubs can't handle wheat in my milk, I could make my own gluten free bread instead of paying $6 per TINY crappy loaf! Maybe I should get a breadmaker...
