I have looked at the following:
Gift boxes- $5 min each
Wicker baskets- $3 each from vinnies- not great quality
Plastic baskets from crazy clarks- $3 for the smallest suitable size
Wrapping paper- $2 a roll from Crazy's
Cardboard boxes- $0 free from back of stores...

So that's where I'm at at the moment.
