Christmas eve is low key. It's my birthday and I don't intend to spend it cooking. Christmas day we're having turducken, pigs in blankets, goose fat potatoes, sprouts, broccoli, carrots, cranberry sauce and gravy mmmm. Cherry Christmas pudding, brandy snaps and cream for desert.
