Which foods automatically scream 'Christmas' to you?

DH and I will be having chrissy alone this year, as in it will just be me, him and the kids. Usually we have chrissy at my mum's with my close family on chrissy eve, and then extended family on chrissy day. We have cold BBQ chickens, ham, salads (like potato salad, garden salad), prawns, fried rice on chrissy day. A big fruit platter, big bowls of cherries and my nan makes a christmas pudding with cream and custard for dessert.
On Chrissy Eve it's usually something simple, maybe snags and veggies on the bbq.
When we can we get up to DH's family for chrissy, where they have a pretty traditional chrissy lunch of roast turkey with all the trimmings.
So this year I don't really know what to do I thought DH would like roast turkey (I'm not a huge fan of it, but will have it for him), maybe a trifle too...I would love to do some other things too though, but have no idea what!! I also don't wnat too much food either. It is only he and I who will really eat, the kids don't eat much!!
So what foods are special to you at chrissy? What foods just say christmas to you?
