My recipe for the glaze is 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of djion or dried mustard, 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and about 1/4 of a cup of pineapple juice. Sounds odd but it is delish. Same method as descriped so well by tanstar. HTH
