    This year it will be fruit platters all day long. Pancakes or something similar for brekky, then just let the girls graze all day long.

    Barbecued lamb with spicy rub (butterflied leg of lamb cooked on the BBQ)
    Potato gratin with gruyere and garlic
    Couscous with roasted vegetables
    Corn and avocado salad
    Normal salad

    Dessert
    Christmas pudding with custard (homemade by me)
    And another dessert

    Roast Duck (this year we're going to try and go goose)

    Crispy Potatoes cooked with garlic & rosemary

    Shortbread
    Apricot Balls
    Royal Puddings

    Ham off the bone
    Fresh Prawns
    Dips/Antipasto/Cheeses etc
    (Last year we had Pierogi)

    LOTS OF CHAMPAGNE!

    I'm coming to your house rouge

    My pudding is currently boiling away on the stove!

    I also have 13 for dinner (7 for lunch) that's not including us so it's going to be busy. Dinner will probably be more cold meats etc

    Those of you doing seafood = when do you get it?? We are doing dinner - 4:30 onwards on Sunday with DH's family, and are doing the shopping either later tonight or early tomorrow morning so a bit worried about freshness and might end up ditching the idea.
