ALSO, I am currently living with my Dad, which means I am rent free and bill free atm. XH said, "of course I wont tell centrelink about your circumstances at your Dads, but its ot really fair". Well actually Centrelink knows my circumstances, I told them the day after I moved here, and its not exactly a walk in the park living with your parents, I am sacrificing quite a bit atm so that my DS can have a better life later on from the money I am saving now. F him, loser!
All my XP has to pay is $16 a fortnight and hes not even paying that. Apparently its too much and cz he lives in another state he doesnt think he should have to pay for a kid he doesnt see. X's theyre never smart creatures it seems.
Oh my goodness girls, what creeps! ATM XH pays $100 a fortnight and its not early what he will have to pay this financial year, how awful your babies' fathers can think so little of them. My Dad was the same, never paid the full amount and actually whinged to me about it the other day, now he is seeing it from the mothers point of view his opinions are slowly changing...
I think it can be just as bad on both sides of the fence in my situation....
XP's don't pay for their kids and then your new partner is grilled by his XW constantly and eventually makes the kids have no contact..
Shoe is on the other foot in our situation she has everything house, overseas hols etc where DH and I can't afford a holiday or a house....

CSA is just a joke and dosen't offer my DP a chance at a new life becuase we don't believe in their photocopying of information to be passed to the other side. Don't mind if CSA get it ... Centerlink has it no probs at all but to hand the sensitive information over to his XW NO WAY.......
I wanted to change the (p!ssweak) support agreement to cover DD braces but I see from the paperwork that X will get a copy of my budget?????? I have some pride yanno...
