We have an old butter knife in the laundry and everyone knows that is the 'poo knife'

I just roll it off, if it doesn't roll it goes in the wash. I hot wash so I think that helps disolve any lumps that stick

Yup, a scraper or just wipe off with toilet paper.

I grab the front and back of the nappy and fold it in 1/2 inside out KWIM? and then I hold it in the toilet bowl near the side where the water does most of the gushing and flush KWIM? And then I have my pair of poo gloves in the laundry sink and I rinse off the rest. It works like a charm.

I had to rinse off two poops the other day without the little squirt. Omg. I don't think I would do cloth if I had no little squirt.. I don't know how you girls stomach it!!!

my dh made a simmilar thing to a little squirt using the laundry tub spout.

He changed the spout to take a garden hose, and I have a short piece of hose attached with a trigger nosle on it works well. I do turn it on and off at the tap so it doen't leak.

yep, we have a 'poo spoon' for that purpose

I must admit though, they usually just roll off into the loo. I would probably consider getting a little squirt if i had to use the 'poo spoon' too often

pfft, little squirt is a waste of money anyway! Buy one of those $2 plastic hose attachments with a shower head you attatch to like a bath tub tap from go-lo or somewhere - that's all I have. I took the shower head off so it is just a plastic hose. I've got mine in the bathtub as it's next to my loo, I just have a bucket and take the gross poo nappy and turn the bathtap on with the hose attached, put my thumb over the hose end to increase the pressure and wash it into the bucket then tip the bucket into the toilet. It's not messy and it doesn't cost 90+ bucks!

In the early solids days we rinsed in the laundry sink
Then when it got thicker we wiped with toilet paper
Now we just plonk it into the loo (quite dry...)
I never thought of a poo scraper! (Though we do have poo gloves..)

    Kim!

I got a spoon & a toothbrush for the ones that need a bit more attention Mt best tip is to keep a roll of toilet paper in the laundry. Scrape and wipe it off the spoon with the paper and go back for more.

My LS is hardly used. I'm a bit of a LS dunce I end up with poo and water mist up the walls and all over me.
