I weigh in on Thursdays but have been really bad the last few days.

I am making a good choice now though. DP is having chips and cheeses and dips watching the sport and I am having a diet coke and some fantastic rice crackers Teriyaki flavour.

GL for your weigh in tomorrow Mr Squid and Nai

You are strong Ali! Don't you hate it when your DP eats things like that in front of you! My DP and DD1 just had a belgian hot chocolate while I had a green tea

It does make it hard when it is right in front of your face. Dont you hate it when your partner has a great metabolism and struggles to keep on weight!

I also had a drink this arvo, but I made DP go and buy some of the mini bottles of Jewel Pink sparkling wine as thye are low on caloriesand only 1 point for WW.

I know I need that little extra bit of motivation and need to SEE what to do...so WWonline really helps me! I reckong I have about 9kg to lose (I CAN DO IT!)

I'm still alive. Just STUCK It's so depressing when I've been following the diet and been really good and can't shift from this plateau. Grrrr - Damn those last 3 kilos I WILL get you.

Mr S - I'm going to start weighin in Wed - Sun is my one "slightly naughty if I'm going to be" day so Mon is worst day of the week for me as I always carry a bit of fluid from eating slightly more. I don't have much to lose but those last few kilos are so damn stubborn they are driving me insane.

Yay for everyone else. At least we're all on the wagon even if the wheels aren't a'turnin always.

    Morning everyone

I've recorded a loss of 1.5kg I'm happy with that, reversal eating is my new best friend

I feel for your girls who have a partner or kids eating stuff in front of you which you can't eat! I am grateful that my dh will not eat anything I don't want him to if I feel that I will be challenged watching him, he really is a wonderful support

Goodluck to everyone weighing in today

    Welcome back everyone!

We had 3 birthday parties on the weekend so I knew things wouldn't be great but I think I did ok. I couldn't exercise all last week thanks to a nasty migraine on Monday - I only just got over the "migraine hangover" on Saturday. One good thing that came from the birthdays is that I now just can't eat all the sugary stuff I used to. I had 3 M&M's and felt sick. Puts my old self to shame LOL. I didn't even bother trying a soft drink after that and stuck to water. I did have 2 pieces of cake over the weekend but again felt yuck after.

So due to the no exercise and bad weekend I have put on about 500 g but that's cool. Back to it today!

    Good luck everyone!

Mr S - I started with about 16-20kg to lose (16 to be in a healthy BMI and 20 to be where I want to be). I have lost 8.75kg so far although I will weigh in later today when I go to the gym so hopefully that will be more

I am also doing WW - I am still BF DD2 so I am doing the BF program that they have.

Sas - maybe change your exercise routine or eating to shift those last few kg. Are you BF? I am sure I am carrying an extra 2kg in my bb's which will hopefully go when I stop BF.

Just back from my weigh in and I lost 0.9kg so I am 9.65kg down in total!! Only 350g away from new boots

I was really gunning to get down to 10kg lost this week but not to worry next week will be the one I'm sure! And I will see a "6" in front of my weight

Nai that is awesome I too am expecting to see a 6 in front of my weight next Monday. I sure could do with some daily encouraging this week to make it happen so I'll be on this thread everyday posting about what I am doing...

Mr Squidipa my goal was to loose 15kg, I still have 12kg to go

Once I get off the computer and have a nana nap I am going to walk on the treadmill for ab out 45 mins, I've had a good breakfast and lunch and intend to have salad and some soup with a slice of my freshly made organic spelt bread for my early dinner
