I have a friend that makes hers with egg, bacon, and onion and it is the bomb. I love it as does every other friend of hers I know. When she goes to a party she has to bring the potato salad LOL.

My Aunt hates mayonnaise and does hers with potato onion & sour cream. Which is pretty nice as well.

I do potato, onion, bacon, parsley and mayo.

I tend to just make a plain potato salad. Pretty much just the way my mum made it.
Potatos, egg, a little onion (Although I do use red onion), parsley and mayo.

    My sister's potato salad is
potatos, onion, red capsicum and corn kernels mixed with a little mayo.

Ours is pretty boring, but still surprisingly tasty!! I'm not a mayo kind of girl but we just get the bottle of Praise potato salad sauce and mix that in with the potatoes and bacon and parsley if it is on hand. Easy peasy!!

kipfler potatoes, mayo, dill, chives, capers, pepper. coat potatoes with oliver oil and lemon juice before adding to mayo mix. light and delish!! Im not keen on the bacon and egg in potatoe salad. and i hate it when the potatoes are over cooked and it all goes stodgy.

I put eggs, bacon & shallots & a little grated cheese in mine, and I also use whole egg mayo & sour cream. It is really nice and many people have complimented me on it

Potato salad is the salad I always get asked to make, my recipe is pretty simple but so so yummy!

1kg waxy pot (kipfler or new etc) I just use any really just cleaned ones
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
3 green onions chopped (I have one used these once I always just use 3 sticks of shallots)
    dressing
1/2 cup good quality whole egg mayo (I often just use home brand now, tastes just as good as the expensive stuff)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste

Cook the potatoes whole, I often do this the night before and when they are cool or cold cut them up.
I put all the dressing ingredients together and then mix with potatoes, so so so yum! It's the Donna Hay recipe. I leave the skin on the potatoes too

    baby potatoes
    handful chopped flatleaf parsley
handful chopped chives or spring onions

2 good tbs of REAL mayo (Best Foods brand is my fave, or better yet make it yourself)
2 good tbs of sour cream
1 tbs of the best french seeded mustard you can find
pepper and salt (cracked pepper always makes it taste better!)

my mum makes it with with homemade mayo and blanched snow peas which is yum

    Potato (duh, really?) & bacon.

The dressing is sour cream, seeded mustard, a little finely grated parmesan, a little white wine vinegar, lots of chives or finely chopped spring onions, black pepper and a little finely chopped parsley and/or mint.

I have a friend that makes hers with egg, bacon, and onion and it is the bomb.
    thats whats in mine too
I used a sour cream and chives potato salad dressing u can get in any supermarket and I will add some seeded mustard too sometimes
I have found it works for my family both hot and cold so u dont have to chill it straight away or whilst cooking it
