i love my water
Thanks for the reminderI should be drinking more...
I have found that drinking more this pregnancy has helped reduce the swelling I suffered from last time, flushing out my system more![]()
Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
I'm testing this theory out right now.![]()
Iv always been a water drinker but more so with pregnancy i drink 1 ltr to 1.5 ltr from the time i go to bed to when i wake up , i find im so thirsty
and then i drink it during the day.. but everyone is different and needs different amounts i guess.
I just dont get how some ppl dont drink any water ..i feel yuck when i dont drink it
think I might head to the kitchen for a nice glass of cold water..... with a lemon wedge of course![]()
Trying to drink my water. I don't really like so I try very hard to drink it. I will admit when I was drinking more I did feel much better
It's my #1 diet tip too. If you HAVE to drink 2L water every day - you will definitely feel fuller and won't eat as much!
Have a big glass of water before each meal and you won't overeat. Note to self: must start doing this again!![]()
Nope, I know I don't drink as much as I should..sometimes i just forget iykwim because I'm so busy all day with DDI can tell though when I haven't had enough during the day as I wake more frequently overnight to have a drink, or wake up really thirsty in the morning.
I've heard too, that if you feel hungry (or think you feel hungry) to have a glass of water and wait for a little bit to see if you are still hungry after that. Sometimes feeling hungry can actually be mistaken for thirst. I don't know how true that is though![]()
I try to drink 350ml every hour at work. On the weekends I try to carry around a 1.5l bottle, except for today when it was alcohol in the sun and I think I'm paying for it now, am onto my second 1.5l bottle and I'm still feeling dehydrated.
I loooooooooooove water. It's all I drink!
Yeah iv heard that as well Storm
My housemate used to catch me wandering about the kitchen and say 'Have a glass of water first!!' So I would, and I'd be reaaaally annoyed because I really wanted something yummy to nibble, but I wouldn't be hungry anymore - annoying!
Those are really interesting facts Lilima! Where did you read them?
Which reminds me to drink more, i LOVE water but when I'm at work I dont drink as much as I should. Being in air conditioning I tend not to feel as thirsty as what I normally would if i was outside on a hot day, in saying that, to keep your skin hydrated in the air con you should drink just as much water as you should if/when u are outside in the heat ...
Thanks for the reminder!!
Coffee intake has been creeping up again...but reading about colon cancer - I went and drank 2 full glasses before coming back to read the rest of post!
