a yummy mummy I know has been having lower back pain since she was about 7 months pregnant, and it has continued since giving birth.
apparently, it hurts if she's been standing up or walking for more than 5 odd minutes.
she can't afford to go see a physio, etc.
I've recommended that she try doing some gentle pilates and yoga core body strength exercises, swimming and gentle walking, to try to get some of her core strength back ... but I thought I'd do a quick post to see if anyone else has any ideas
