Love handles and just general weight loss. Help!?

Now, I'm not fat by any means. I'm 5 foot 10ish, and weigh 62 kilos.
I just need to tone up a bit. Also, my wedding is in September

While pregnant with DD last year (she was born in December) I put on weight around my hips. Which is the most annoying thing ever. I have love handles that I never had before and they hang over my jeans a bit... and yeah. I'm not lovin em!!

Any exercise routines that you use that helped you lose the love handles??
I've googled it, but can't find a decent program.
Going to get an exercise bike. That'll help heaps.

I think it may also be the Pill that keeping the weight on.
I dropped HEAPS while expressing milk for DD when she was in hospital for 6 1/2 weeks.

I really need some help. I need to lose them handles fast!

    lol

I would just recommend cardio work Hun, bike riding, jogging, Zumba (lol, but lots of ppl seem to love it and it's
    Fun) etc.

Can u get to a gym?

Sorry not a Zumba girl! lol

Going to use the exercise bike.
    What cardio exercises exactly?
Thats what I'm stuck on. I'm not fit at all, so I'd starting from scratch.

    5 foot 10 is roughly 1.78cm.

With a weight of 62kg, your BMI is only 19.6 which is in the low normal range so you don't need to lose weight, just tone.

I like to use my DD for weights, so i do arm presses lifting her up in the air. she thinks it's funny. Walking or jogging can be good for toning too. take bub out for a walk in a carrier or pram.
