    Idea's for cold serve snacks

Looking for idea's of things to cook, that can be served cold & still taste good.

Not just for us to keep in the fridge, but that I cann make to put in SIL's fridge for the workers. All cooking is done for them the day before, then its taken out in an esky. There is one hot food dish in a slow cooker (thats pretty easy to come up with), but the rest are cold.

Things that are pretty simple, basic & yummy would be great.

    Meat loaf?
I'd have to ask mum for her recipe.

Sent from my iPhone, more than likely while I should be doing something else!

    Egg and Bacon pie

Get some buttercrust pastry, line the bottom of a pan
Add some bacon rashes (enough to cover the pastry)
then add some egg and mix it all around (its up to you if you do the egg first or the bacon)
Then add some more pastry to top it off, and put holes in it with a fork
Put it in the oven at about 180 for 30ish minutes and its ready to eat

It can be eaten hot or cold, and is great for picnics
