Hey. hows it going. im looking at my 30 day shred dvd and telling myself im going to start doing it soon!!!!! Have you managed to stick at it ? what time of day do you do it?
I find doing it first thing gets me up and going for the day and I'm yawning alot less.. Not sure I I have any weight loss or cm results yet but today was defiantly easier to do then day 1..
I will join you hun but I'm doing her extreme shed and shred! I started walking regularly and the DVD in between 2 weeks ago and am already feeling stronger! I did both the 30 day shred and ripped DVDs and doing it regularly definitely works and I was amazed how strong I got in a short time!
I've got Extreme Shed and Shred level 1& 2. Level one is tough 2 is extreme! I found it harder than level 3& 4 of the 30 day ones and had to adapt alot. She says it's a 60 min work out (level 1 rhen level 2 straight after) but I did 45 and was stuffed!!!!
I don't think it will affect your TTC unless you were of without knowing and using weights for the cardio or something?

I only use 1kg weights during strength exercises that they say to use.
I might start doing it twice a day but still count that as one day... Will stick to the 30 day shred and complete that and see where I am the TTC situation and maybe head into the ripped one.
Good idea hun, you will find as you get to level 2 and 3 she options weights for cardio like jumping jacks etc so maybe do them without if you are worried!
How are you going hun?? I worked Mon-Wed so didn't do anything (other than teach PE and chase kids ) but went for a 40 min walk today and did half of my extreme shred - am aiming to do it again tomorrow and do it at least 3 times a week!
Terrible... Missed the last three days... Felt completely defeated when it came to day 7 and not a single result in weight or cm's.
Not sure it's the program for me..
