Can I ask how you found out so quickly about your allergies?
This morning I found it that I am intolerant to wheat, eggs, cow dairy and gluten.
So no eggs, toast or cereal for breakfast.
Any suggestions??

I'd seek a second opinion from a dr... Cutting out gluten alone is really hard but adding dairy and eggs would be even harder as many gluten free products contain egg...
As for your question, fruit, soy milk/rice milk on gluten free cereal (the Freedom "Berry Good Morning" is really nice), ham or bacon, try to find GF bread without egg (this might be hard)
Orgran buckwheat pancakes with maple syrup yum!
Bircher muesli with soy yoghurt and fruit juice.

TBH I wouldn't trust the health stores results. The tests I took were long and somewhat complicated, I doubt you could get accurate results without the proper medical testing.
I agree with ness, DD's blood test took a few weeks

So which magical products did the health food store tell you would help with it? Are they the only place that sells gluten-free stuff?
Not to cast aspersions on their methods, but sometimes it is worth considering the source of the evidence.
Also, how intolerant are you of these foods? Is it a pain response that makes life difficult? Is it severe bloating? Is it just feeling a bit tired in the morning? Could be that cow milk protein causes you to suffer eczema and bloating, but egg just means you need an extra half-hour's kip if you eat ten of them: in that case, I would worry less about cutting out the egg.
The health food store didn't mention much that I would need to buy from them, they said I could take a few supplements but that's all-I could get them anywhere (magnesium, calcium, vitamin c).
I feel sick after I eat eggs for a few hours, I have felt less bloated over the last 2 days when I have had no wheat products. I think egg in stuff wouldn't bother me too much, it's really just the bloating I want to deal with. I don't feel tired in the morning.

Giving up gluten is hard. If you dont need to, dont bother. If you had a gluten intolerance, you'd know about it. It feels like you're being stabbed in the guts. Before you make such a radical change in diet, I'd contact an allergy specialist, a doctor who knows what they're talking about. If you have celiac, for example, which is a serious autoimmune disease, gluten can damage your gut so much you become seriously ill. To test for it, you need to be eating gluten so a biopsy can find the danaged lining. If you stop before being tested, you cant get a diagnosis and therefore work out a health plan.
By all means, eat what ever you want and for whatever reasons you want. Just know there are possible long term health repercussions.
I make my own grain free cereal that doesn't have any of that stuff in it - I can give you the link if you want. I eat it with yoghurt, but you could eat it with coconut cream (or make your own yoghurt from coconut milk) or buy coyo (coconut yoghurt from health food shops)

Are you sure your dairy intolerant, or lactose intolerant. Because there's a difference. I'm lactose intolerant, you can get lactose free milk, yoghurt, cream etc & hard cheeses (0% sugars in the nutritional listings) are naturally lactose free also.
Like others have said, cutting out gluten is extremely hard. My BF is ceoliac. Not at all easy. She can't even use the same tub of margerine as her partner, if she gets contaminated with just a tiny crumb she will be vomiting and have severe diarhea within half an hour and break out in a rash.

The gluten free bread you get in Coles, Country Life, is surprisingly good. I haven't enjoyed a sandwich in years and now I have them all the time. I like the low gi one, I'm pretty sure it's dairy free too but you'd have to double check that.
I'm not sure if the new recipe is really good, or I've forgotten what regular bread tastes like, it's been 2.5 years since finding out I had Coeliac disease. Just as lady-neon said, I also have separate margarine, my own toaster etc because one crumb is enough for me too!
