    Hypoxi?

Just wondering if anyone had done hypoxi or similar and your experience with it?

Did it work? Did you lose weight in your problem areas?

How many sessions did you have to attend and what was the cost?

    Did the weight stay off?

    Thanks everyone

I did the 3 trial sessions a few years ago. I liked it but didn't sign up for the full program as I was working fly in fly out at the time and to get results you need to go consistently every week which I couldn't. I liked the upright bike waaaaaay more than the laying down one so I recommend if you do the trial def try both. From memory it was around $500 but I can't remember how long for- I think it was either 6 or 12 weeks. That was a few years ago so you can guarantee the price has gone up. The trial sessions are free so I would book in and give it a go. I would do the full program now that I'm home but I am currently carrying excess weight and it's not designed for that but if I manage to loose these kgs I will sign up to target the stubborn areas.

    Hypoxi?

I did a trial while breastfeeding ds1; they weren't keen on me using one machine unless I was having a 4 hr gap after using equipment before feeding due to toxins moving out of body (they didn't want it going through milk to ds). They did say if I was still feeding that if I used the machine with the full body suit it could be painful with letdown type pains.

I only did 3 sessions on the bike with 1/2 suit and it worked I lost weight & cms in that time. If I had money (for gym etc) & time (when they're open) I'd consider it (if I wasn't breast feeding or pg) - they did also have an eating plan which seemed mostly sensible (there were a few slightly odd things relating to time for memory)

(I don't think you're still feeding but thought I'd put info out for anyone else)

    Hypoxi?

Thanks leckert, I am still feeding but only morning and night so it shouldn't be a problem.

Do you have to go more than once a week?

    Hypoxi?

I think it was 3x week for at least 1 month (may have been 3) then you could just go 1x week for maintenance.
