    Restless legs/creepy crawlies

Has anyone else had this? I've had it for years and the only thing Im finding that works is laying on the cold tiles until it stops. Has anyone found anything else that works? I've had it probably 3 nights out of the last 7 and its doing my head in! I need some sleep.

I get this too, it sux! Day and night when pregnant. When Im not pregnant though, I find things tend to trigger it, like caffeine of anxiety. I was recommended a magnesium/ calcium supplement.

I get 'restless legs' a lot. Before being pg, during, since. It is/was especially bad at night, or if I need to sit for extended periods. Even a one hour plane flight was too long! I usually have to walk around the house, sometimes going to bed helps, if I can get to sleep. I know I will be trying magnesium, would it be better in the evening?
