    Setting more goals help please

So I have been on an awesome weightloss journey and right at this moment in time I am at my goal. I would like to say my goal weight, but the number on the scale didnt have anything to do with my finish line.
Anyhow, right now I am feeling really lost when it comes to this journey.
For such a long time I had this goal, to lose weight, to gain a healthy bmi etc. And thats what I focused on. Now Im at the finish line of that goal I dont know what direction to go next.
Im not one to do the runs, and events. My overall goal is to maintain my weight for 2yrs (because they say it takes that long for it to become lifestyle over diet). But now I need some mini goals to aim for, and Im at a loss.

So please hit me with some mini goals to help keep myself on track

I'm not sure what exercise you like, but I always like goals such as I want to run 'x'km on the treadmill or on the bike etc in 'x' mins.

Are there any 'fun runs' or charity walks/run you could look at doing?
Maybe even setting a personal record - like doing a 5km run and then trying to beat your personal best time, or aiming at working yourself up to a run that would can't achieve. Yet (eg 10km)

If you are not into events, then I think you really are left with fitness goals. So increasing stamina, muscle strength, toning...setting yourself some little fitness target may be useful.
You could also try group fitness classes- boxing and combat can be pretty hardcore, as can step, and they can be developed as your strength and fitness does, so you can keep challenging yourself.

Personal events too may be useful - they don't have to be official or anything, but setting yourself some hikes, Kokoda training, fun events like Tough Mudder. Not sure what is around where you live, but in Perth there is a particular set of steps that people use as a training goal, as there is in the Dandenongs in Melbourne.

Is there are particular sport or event you have always wanted to learn how to do but never done it due to weight? Like skiing or rowing? Maybe a good time to try those and seek out some totally new experiences; broaden your horizons.

    Thank you

I like how simple these are, I think I must have been trying to make my brain work too hard

Ok so how does this sound? Thinking c25k to start with, and the usual toning and ab workout on the other days.

There are a few walks around the area, but I can never do them because Im never without my dd's. But taking DD1 horse riding would be fantastic, and I couldnt do that before I lost the weight. So maybe I will aim for that and startg saving up.

    Thank you
