given its clear of the cervix I don't think it should mean anything. when I commented about mine being anterior last week my OB said doesn't matter - we weren't talking wrt VBACs but he just commented that its no different really so long as its clear of the cervix opening.
i have read among stuff that if the placenta has attached to the scar it is going to be anterior and maybe they would try and use this comment if they really weren't pro your VBAC but the material continued to say how unlikely this was and that just cause it was anterior was not an indication that the placenta had attached to the scar tissue.
