No way! Leave them as they are and they will make them beautiful for you. What a great idea! Have a fantastic time, I hope they put you in a massage chair!
Not a silly question at all! I often feel like i have to be presentable before treatments but you dont have to. Im just super self concious of my feet cause they are HUGE so i dont want to draw any more attention to them lol! But a good pedicure is devine!
Definately a great way to relax and enjoy before bubs arrives
It reminds me of a time when I lived at home and I never understood why mum told us we had to clean up for the cleaner????! I always thought "well isnt that their job?"
I had my first pedicure just before Christmas and it was awesome. I have tme most ugliest looking feet (I am hoping bubs doesnt get my feet!!!) and the lady was really lovely. They actually looked so much better after a pedicure.
Oh, thank goodness I don't have to do anything before hand - I just don't think I'd physically be able to get around my belly. I would have ended up asking DH to pumice my feet or something, and it's not a task I would wish on anyone (except someone being paid to do it!)
Ooh, I can't wait to have one now! I might go book an appointment tomorrow!
I have a question to add, if you don't mind me borrowing your thread for a minute Selina. I have been invited to go with friends to get pedicures together (which sounds like a LOVELY idea - I really wanted to go!) but I made up an excuse not to go because I have a small plantar wart on my big toe. I figured they wouldn't want to be pumicing that thing, and they are mildly contagious, (although, no one in my family has gotten them from me, nor has mine spread.) Is there a rule on that? What's the protocol? If it's no biggie, then I am heading out to book an appointment ASAP! But, if it's generally a no-no to go when you've got one, then I guess I'll just wait until I can get rid of the darn thing.
