Anyone do these?
I found an awesome site that has 5 facial exercises that really help with a whole heap of things. Puffy Eyes, crows feet, waddle/double chin and heaps of stuff.
Done a bit of reading, and basically singing is one of the best facial exercises you can do, this is why you find even the most goddessly sized singers, have a perfectly taut face. The facial muscles used during singing are the ones we need to exercise to keep looking youthful and have less saggy bits.
Anyway I've started doing it and OMG I can feel it already, under my jaw and along my jaw line. Even the eye exercises I can feel. The only one I'm having trouble with is the mouth stretching exercise which helps to prevent lip slimming which happens with age.
Just goes to show all this plastic surgery people get when all we needed was a facial gym LMAO! The guy who runs the website is very old but his face is quite youthful looking.
