Maybe while you are at it you can teach me how to read!
That's why it is 'no sew' ... you don't have to sew it
Basically it is taking strips of tule and tying it onto an elastic band.
I'll go find you instructions so you can look at it

It took me a while to figure out that was a joke and that if you couldn't read you wouldn't be on the forums
