getting rid of static in clothes

If you don't have anti-static spray, I find sprinkling water on the inside of the clothes generally helpful in a pinch!

1. Anti-static spray - I always have it on hand
2. In a dry-weather/over-dryered emergency, spray bottle full of water, damp it down
3. To prevent, in the dryer: half a dryer sheet, and always set your dryer for lower heat/less time
4. Use moisturiser on the parts of your bod (eg legs) that attract the static effect.
5. If you have shoes with plasticky soles, get rid of them
6. If you have nasty artificlal fibre carpet, get rid of it!

I have never heard of anti static spray. Where do you get it from?
