steer clear of anything that has a fruit base, as this will aid in drying ur hair out.
there is heaps of good conditioners out there. But my best bet for u is to go grab urself a treatment. You can do it at home (buy the treatments from anywhere really.. um salons, some supermarkets) or you can pay to get it done at a salon. Your hair will thank you. Also if your hair is long, think about getting a couple of inches cut off.
I use the MOPS organic products and I swear by the conditioners.
I shampoo my hair once a week and after the shampoo I do a mask and then leave in conditioner. But I only do it once a week, the more you wash it, the dryer it will get.
I always find both Sunsilk and Garnia really good. But a tip is to only shampoo your roots (unless you really need to do the rest) as ive found shampoo can really dry out my hair and ends.
Thanks for the tips ladies.I didn`t know fruit based conditioner wasn`t good for your hair,I tend to buy what ever is on special at the super market, but I definately need mummy time to go to the hair dresser, lol,my hair is long and thick and it`s getting knotty sometimes,GRRRRRRRR.........I need a treatment badly. Thanks to all.
