Yeah I used the shampoo bar but didn't really notice much of a difference..maybe I'm just lazy and don't wash my hair often enough though?!

I had a look into keratin treatments, but they are ridiculously expensive here..like $200 and it lasted 3 months.. I just can't justify that, no matter how many times DF tells me to do whatever it takes!
