They have to fix it, really. Dont be afraid to go bad, you don't need to be aggresive, just show them your hair....

Pineapple colour = you probably need to give it a good dose of toner. It will take the brassiness out of it.
The excess toner colour WILL wash out...usually after one wash so don't worry about the blue/purple tinge.
But yes if the hairdresser did it, they should fix it at no cost.
its just **** because ive been back already, i dont know when i can go in without DD and i am scared of what else they are going to do to my hair
I will have to wait until mon now as they arent open tomorrow or sunday.
go back hun xx
Did you end up getting your hair fixed or have you decided to wait a bit?![]()
I called them and told them I wasnt happy but didnt want anymore damage done to my hair. The next time I am getting it done free by my hairdresser and they are throwing in a free product as well. I have been going there for 3 years so when I told them I was considering going somewhere else they were quick to do what I asked.
That's great that you are getting it for free, so you should, just remember to ask for the free product at the end and it's something you will use.![]()
well first of all hugs for having had that done to your hair ,i know just how your feeling ,i had my hair all burnt and sinjed for my wedding day it was terrible, there is nothing worse
but yes dont get angry (or cry like i did lol) but go back and tell them to fix it or your going to call consumer affairs or something ?
good luck
Yep - had my hair done dark dark mahogany with a slight purple rinse through it. A week later my hair was a flourecent purple and in the sun it glowed!!! I saw my hairdresser and told them I was coming in to have my hair darkend to black (I was happy with that) and that i wasn't going to be paying for it as I never wanted purple hair in the first place. They changed the colour, didn't charge me and it looked great. Really glad I went back. Go see them monday and tell them to fix it.
Just pop your DD in the pram and go back and get it fixed. i don't think I've ever been to the hairdressers without one of my kids in tow. hehe. Being so tiny she'll be easy to tend to while you're sitting there with the colour in your hair.
Hope you can get it all sorted. I hate it when hair-do's go wrong![]()
My hairdresser couldn't do my hair either as she was going on holidays so she booked me in with another hairdresser at the salon.
Colour blunder number one ... i go back this same hairdresser tried to fix the colour at NO CHARGE ... then comes colour blunder number two ... so i wait for my hairdresser to come back two weeks later telling her i just can't walk around with the shocking hair colour ... so she insisted i come back in ... she herself 'fixed' at again at NO CHARGE ... BUT i was asked this time by the hairsalon manager to pay for the blowdry ... so i walk out with my nice usual hair colour & hair WET !!
First of dont get mad with them... GET FURIOUS!!!!!! Dont take that with a pinch of salt. They said they'd fix it and they made it worse. I say march yourself down there with as many kids as you can get a hold of (not for sympathy) it'll make them think twice about screwing you over again!!!!!!!!!
Sorry again. I get really wound up when people are stupid. I dont mean you Alibaby, I mean the first hairdresser and then the second for not fixing it right!!!
Go back when it suits you and get them to fix it. As Hollye suggested get them to put in a brown shade. Get them to do darker tips instead of foils. Don't get it bleached again as it will do to much damage and take longer to recover.
This happened to my DD2 recently. The first time the colour (foils ) was SO wrong so the next day they put toner on, it then had a green tinge to it.
I them got her to go to my hairdresser a week later and he did two tone tips which looked great. She loves it and will go back.
If I lived near you I would come with you to babysit while you have it fixed.![]()
